Hand Lettering Inspiration {Recent Bible Journaling}

Hello, my friends!

It’s time for another word art post! I just finished another Bible journal, which means I filled up another notebook with favorite verses. Iā€™m currently going through the Bible one chapter at a time and copying down my favorite verse from each chapter in a notebook. The idea is to write them out in pretty lettering so I’ll have a beautiful collection at the end, but sometimes the lettering is… well, legible and that’s it. šŸ˜› I love how a lot of these turned out, though.

I hope you guys enjoy some of my favorite pages and verses from this notebook! And click here to see my last Bible journaling post.

Bible Journaling {Psalms}

Hello, dears!

Almost every night I read a chapter of the Bible and copy down my favorite verse in a little notebook. I’ve been doing this for years while reading through the Bible a second time, and I’m happy to say I recently completed the book of Psalms! I thought I’d post a selection of my favorite verses and lettering pieces today. šŸ™‚

The book of Psalms is filled with deep emotions,Ā  rich prayers, and beautiful hymns, and I’ve enjoyed capturing bits of them to easily look back on later. I hope you enjoy these reminders of God’s truth as well! You can see a few more verses from the beginning of Psalms here if you want to check out more of my Bible journaling.

Let’s get started!

Bible Journal Tours

Hello, dears!

I started reading through the Bible for the second time a couple of years ago and decided I’d write down my favorite verse from each chapter as I went. I try to read a chapter + journal every night, so thus far I’ve made it to Psalms and filled up nearly six journals! Sometimes I write the verses in beautiful hand lettering and other times… well, I just write them. XD

I’ve really enjoyed this method so far! It helps you slow down and think about the verse or verses, plus it’s fun to look back on the notebooks you’ve filled. Speaking of that, I thought I’d show you guys some of my favorites today. šŸ™‚ Hopefully you enjoy the tour and maybe gain a little inspiration for your own journaling!
