Pink Flowers and Little Sisters

The other day when we had our little Labor Day adventure I did a rather cute photoshoot with my little sister Carmen, if I do say so myself. 🙂 I just love how the pictures turned out, and I can’t wait to show you guys!

When I saw all the pretty pink smartweed flowers, I knew they were just begging to be in a photoshoot. Heh heh. I asked Carmen if I could take pictures of her and after a few tries she reluctantly agreed… and then once we got started she didn’t want to stop. XD If you love photography and have siblings, especially younger siblings, a photoshoot is a really fun thing to do with them!

Ha ha, so she wanted me to take a picture of her on that long, horizontal limb in the last picture, and I agreed. But we had quite the struggle to get her up there. XD I hung my camera on a branch and tried boosting her up, then letting her climb on top of me, and after several tries and much laughter we finally succeeded. XD

      Yayyyy, I’m so happy you like them! Yep, she is a great model – she takes it very seriously and thinks of poses she could do herself. XD Ha ha! Well Carmen did that too, sometimes. XD

  9. Aw, fun! I like the one of her laughing too- and the pictures around that one. 🙂 I also like the 5th from last. And the pictures of her on the tree branch are fun too. ;D
    Ah yes, I’ve done MANY photo shoots with younger siblings! Especially my six-year-old sister. I have a lot of pictures of her. *winks* I also might be taking six of my cousins pictures soon! =D

  14. Oh my gumdrops Carmen is the CUTEST LITTLE GIRL EVER!!! 😀 I LOVED this photoshoot, she looks like a fun and happy little sister! She resembles Megan a bit, did Megan look like her when she was little? 😉

    I’ve never done a photoshoot a with younger sibling since I don’t have any little siblings, haha! 😦 I loved all the pictures, but especially the ones of her in the big wooden “bathtub” (it really looked like one) and on the big tree limb! 😀

    All those pictures were so cute,funny and you did a great job on all of them. I don’t thing I have a favorite because I love them all!! I like the one when she’s blowing the dandallion or how ever you spell it XDDD! She’s adorable…. once again Great job!
