My brother Jeff found a litter of barn kittens today, so I thoughtfully went down and took some pictures for you. XD Take a deep breath, guys, ’cause THESE KITTENS ARE ADORABLE! Jeff found four, but when Megan and Carmen and I went down to see them, we only found two. 😦 Oh well, they were the two fluffiest ones, so that’s good, right? YES IT IS THEY ARE SO CUTE OH MY GOODNESS THE FLUFF! Okay, I’ll stop screaming so you can see for yourself…

  5. Um, I’m confused… I only see a few pictures and they aren’t of kittens. I see bark and rock arrangements and one of them spells out your name. And a few pics are of some white-ish clay or food or something on the table…? I see no kittens except for the featured photo…? XD

      1. I wonder if there’s just some weird glitch thing going on in the Reader app… That’s where I read your posts… Everyone else seems to be able to see the pictures just fine… Hmm… 🤔

        1. Actually yeah, I don’t think I CAN fix it. *Sniff* A few other people said that the WordPress app on their phones didn’t work for my post, so yes, it must just be the Reader app. 😦 The only thing I can suggest is to look at it on the computer… Sorry about that!

  6. They’re so CUTE! I just want to hold them and pet them and squish them (well, carefully, of course XD lol )!
    Also, I asked Madison this too, but was wondering what you did to have great quality photos, but without a HUGE file size on your blog? (I just recently got my new camera 😀 )

    1. I KNOW!
      Oh yeah, sure! It’s pretty simple, really. You just resize them. 🙂 You can do it on PicMonkey or another photo editing program, or else you can get an app (we have Photo Gallery). Or you can simply start a blog just for holding your pictures, and then copy the pictures onto your real blog – and it doesn’t take any space at all! (For your real blog, that is.) I do a combination – I resize my pictures to “Large” using Photo Gallery, and then I upload them to my backup blog and copy them over to my real blog. 🙂 Hope that helps!

      1. Ok! Good to know! I had to resize a bunch of pictures for my last post, and hadn’t really had to do that before for my phone pictures, so didn’t know that was normal. And the backup blog is a great idea, too! I may need to do that at some point, but for now, I’m at about 23% 🙂 . Thanks so much!

        1. Wow, you still have a lot of space left – I’ve used up 99.7% of my space because I didn’t resize my pictures in the beginning. XD But thankfully I still have enough space to add featured images, as long as I resize them to a tiny file size. And another thing is you can always replace the pictures in your post with resized versions if you really don’t have any more space.

  10. Awwww! So cute! However, I’m having a weird thing where I can’t see your or Megan’s photos in the WordPress Reader in the phone app. I keep having to go to the browser and go to your blog to see the pictures. On the reader, I’m seeing . . . wood chips? And sand? It’s really odd, so I was wondering if you guys are using some kind of plugin that does that. 😛

    1. Okay, that is really odd. Several other people said it didn’t work with the phone app, so I have come to the sad conclusion that I can’t fix it because it must just be a glitch in the app. 😦 😦 The only suggestion I have is to look at it on the computer or by just searching my blog on your phone.

        1. I know! Well we usually just play with them and they kind of disappear after a while (sometimes the employees take some home), but Casey was a barn cat and we adopted her! 😀 But yeah, usually we just leave them alone. 🙂

      1. Aww, thanks! I absolutely love your sidebar too – I adore how everything matches. ♥ Ha ha, no problem at all! I like being bombarded that way. XD But as I said, I really like the way your sidebar is already – the only suggestion I have is to simplify things a bit by maybe deleting some of the widgets or moving them to a different place. I know how hard it is to get rid of beloved widgets, but I think it really helped my sidebar. XD One thing that I did is cut down my “Top Posts and Pages” widget from 10 posts to 6 and that made it a bit smaller – and it’s also nice to use an image grid which makes it more compact. Also I love your profile picture! Yours and mind look kind of similar, actually!

    1. Heh heh. XD I knooow! Well there were five kittens, I think, but we can’t find them anymore. 😦 Maybe some of the employees took them home or they moved to a secret spot or something. So unfortunately, I guess you can’t have one. XD But I wish you could!
