Last Drops of Gold

*Sniff* Fall is almost over. 😦 All our trees have lost their leaves except for a few brave maples. My favorite of those is almost a neon yellow! So pretty! Of course I couldn’t resist taking pictures – and then showing them to you. 😉

This is the tree! We have a bunch of really nice, big maple trees in our yard.

The bright gold against the blue is sooo pretty, don’t you agree?

Looove this one! (Fun Fact: The featured images are pretty much always my favorite or one of my favorite pictures from that post.)

I hope these leaves brought some sunshine into your day! 😀 Which picture was your favorite?

P. S. I have some very exciting news I think you guys will like, but I have to collect a few more pictures of it before posting. 😀 Hee hee, aren’t I mysterious? Do you have any guesses? (But if you already know what it is (ahem, Megan, Clara, and Grace), don’t give it away por favor. 😉 )

  1. You are such a great photographer! My favorite was the one of the swing, it looks like a book cover to me! 😀
You are suspicious about taking pictures….. I wonder what the post will be about??? 😉

    1. Aww, thank you soooo much, Sarah! I’ve actually thought about opening a photography shop, but there’s so much competition I don’t know if that would work so well… :/ But I’m so glad you liked it!

      1. I really like them…especially the swing one. Its really, really good and I love the angle. 🙂 Ya, there is a lot of competition,…but you could even sell them off your blog, you know. Ive been thinking of opening an etsy shop for my painting and photography…but I just took in one of my oil paintings to a ‘made in montana’ store thing, and the lady said she’d sell them for me if i wanted….so we’ll see. 🙂 BTW, i really liked your old and worn photo shoot! It was cool…I’ll have to try it out. 🙂

        1. Aww, thanks again! Yeah, that’s true… I was actually thinking of starting an Etsy shop for my art too. XD Ooh yeah, you should totally open an Etsy shop! Megan showed me one of your paintings and it was beautiful!
Thank you yet again! 😀 😀

          1. Thanks! I just have to figure out how to get professional quality images of my painting with really good lighting so I can make prints…cause I would like to sell the original in a gift shop/tourist attraction thingy we’ve got here in town..plus, I can sell them for more there…got to save for college! (And a new horse…LOL) 🙂

            1. Ooh, that sounds great! Hey, I actually have a suggestion for that. Fotofuze.com is a website that’s free for Etsy users that makes your pictures look really professional! If you take a picture of your painting on a light background (like a piece of paper) it turns it into a professional white background. I really like it!

                  1. Ya! BTW, I love your etsy shop! Oh, and, if got and etsy shop, could I put up a logo like you, or do I have to pay for that? 🙂

P.S. Right now the "mysterious post" has exited my brain for some reason, but I'm sure as I'm falling asleep tonight it will come back. 😛 😉 😀 XD
