The View from the Roof

I’m back! 😀 We just got back from our vacation and it feels so good to be home. (And now I can blog again, hehe.) We had many fun times and some rather not so fun times, but I haven’t sorted all my pictures yet, so a vacation post will have to wait.

Until then, this Life on the Farm post should hold you over. 😛

Before our vacation our friends came over and we traipsed around on a big barn roof with them. It was lots of fun! The view was great from up there. There’s also this one shiny part of the roof that’s good for sliding on, so we did that a lot, then for some reason everyone started yodeling at the cows (don’t ask me why!). We played some board games on the roof as the sun set, then made the slightly scary descent down and went back home. *Happy sigh* Fun times.

P. S. Oh. My. Goodness. I HAVE 626 FOLLOWERS. SQUEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! I’m so happpppyyyyyyyy! That is like… impossible. Right? Yes it is… no it isn’t! Oh my goodness I can’t even believe it! I wouldn’t have nearly this many if my fairy house post hadn’t been featured on Discover, but it was, and I am so thankful. I’m SUPER astounded that this even happened!   4. Yay–you’re back!! I was gonna sup ride you with a note in your mailbox when you got home… But I guess I took too long :(. But I can imagine how grateful you are to be home! And man are those pictures GORGEOUS!! And you should totally enter that one in the fair–and if it doesn’t win I’ll be very confused, cause thats totally first-place worthy :D.

  5. Looks like SO much fun!!! 😀 I climb on our house roof sometimes, and my brother goes on our big tank and the garage roof. 😉 You should totally enter it in the fair! I really liked the last one and the silhouette of your sister jumping.

      Aww, thanks! Me too! The only reason why I couldn’t enter it in the fair would be if the editing restrictions were too tight. :/ But anyway, I hope I can find a way to enter it!

    1. It was a teensy bit scary I guess, but not really because the roof is really big and not very steep. I love climbing trees and barn roofs and looking out at the world. 🙂

      Thank you! I was SO amazed! Well, I got about 500 followers because one of my posts was featured on WordPress Discover, and a lot of people discovered my blog from that. Aww, that’s okay! For a long time I hardly got any followers. Keep it up!
